Member/Guest Tournament Entry Instructions
Our Member/Guest tournament is held every year in the month of May.
We
will accept an honest estimate of your guest's handicap if no
established handicap exists. The committee reserves the
right to "bust out" any team who may appear to abuse this
rule!
All
guests under the age of 55 will play from the white tees.
Members may choose to play from the gold or red tees.
Any
member who does not have a guest is welcome to enter.
Priority will be given to members with guests if there is a
limited field. Members without a guest will be randomly
paired with another member. Limitations for prizes will
also be in place for these member-member teams.
We prefer that you enter online on the home page. However, if manually entering, please include the following information with your envelope:
- Your name.
- The tournament you are entering (Member/Guest).
- The tees you will be
playing.
- The name of your guest. Please indicate "no guest" if applicable.
- The guest GHIN number or
their handicap, and the tees they are playing.
- If you enter with the Paypal or Venmo method please
include this information in the "note" section.
The entry fee is $23 per
person. This charge includes 1 day tournament entry fee,
entry
into the mandatory skins game, and post round
lunch. Please make checks payable to BPSMGA.
